Because each product is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or size changes.

But if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

If your order is lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

To report an issue, email: marc@marcpassarelli.com — include your order number and a photo if relevant.

Additional Notes:

  • Items sent back without contacting us first won’t be accepted.

  • You’re responsible for entering a correct shipping address.

  • Face masks and similar hygiene-sensitive items are not returnable.
