Because many items are made to order, production and delivery times may vary. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me and I'll work to make it right as quickly as possible.

Because each item is produced to order, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted for changes of mind or sizing.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact me within 30 days of delivery and I'll be happy to assist.
If your order is lost in transit, please let me know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout cannot be replaced or refunded.
